Our Directors

Louise is the Owner of DTS Driving School & has spent her whole working life in training, teaching, & HR roles.

In September 2015 she qualified as a Driving Instructor & joined a national driving school, to further develop and progress as an Instructor. She took on the role of Local Network Specialist, & has enjoyed considerable success with a great pupil pass rate.

Louise was Driving Instructor of the Year for the East of England (2022), having come 6th in the whole country! Further success followed in 2023 and 2024 - lets see what 2025 brings!

Louise says: "When I was approached to be part of the team to create DTS Driving School there was no question, as I knew that the other Directors were also people who care really passionately about what they do. I love seeing pupils through their driving journey, & what's more developing existing skills to improve confidence & safety for experienced drivers is a great way to encourage more consideration & care out on the road."
